The Role
We’re looking for a Digital Supervisor to join our growing media team. This role is one-part account manager, one-part digital marketer, and experience working at agencies and doing media planning is preferable. The ideal candidate would also have strong experience with managing paid search campaigns.
Our Digital Supervisors work directly with clients and our internal team to ensure we’re recommending the right media mix to achieve advertising goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with our internal team to develop media recommendations, manage successful campaigns, and build insightful reporting.
- Meeting with our clients to present our plans and campaign results.
- Doing client and campaign research, working within ad buying platforms, and building search creative.
- Staying on top of the latest trends in advertising, developing points of view and communicating with internal and external teams.
You have:
- Over 3 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Worked in media buying platforms such as Meta, Google and TikTok.
- Built and managed high-performing paid search campaigns.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
- Can interpret data and provide rationale in a clear, concise manner.
Not required, but it sure would be great if you:
- Have some understanding of advertising through mediums like TV, radio and out-of-home.
- Can make meetings in the Calgary area.
- Have completed digital certifications, such as Google Ads and Microsoft Search.
- Are experienced with website analytics and conversion tracking.
- Have worked in a project management system (we use Basecamp).
- Are naturally curious about how things work.
