We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Media Specialist/Account Director to join our Regina team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, buying, and strategy, while acting as a key client facing account manager. This role requires a strong ability to manage client relationships and lead teams to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital, OOH, print, radio, and TV channels.
  • Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Manage media planning and buying, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with clients and media partners.
  • Presenting media plans, strategies and results to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance and generate insights for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency or internal marketing team.
  • Proven expertise in digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
