We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Media Specialist/Account Director to join our Regina team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media planning, buying, and strategy, while acting as a key client facing account manager. This role requires a strong ability to manage client relationships and lead teams to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategies across digital, OOH, print, radio, and TV channels.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Manage media planning and buying, ensuring cost-effective and high-impact campaigns.
- Develop and build strong relationships with clients and media partners.
- Presenting media plans, strategies and results to clients, providing insights and recommendations for optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with brand objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate insights for optimization.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably in an agency or internal marketing team.
- Proven expertise in digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on ROI and campaign optimization.
